Every gym class is also a fitness workout within each class!

REC 1 - Beginners | Mon 4:00 - 5:00 pm | 5 - 6 yrs old

The activities covered throughout the year include: DMP's, Kiwi Gym Badge skills, preparation for the end of the year display, some incentive awards.

REC 2 - Juniors | Mon 5:05 - 6:10 pm | 7 - 8 yrs old

 

The activities covered throughout the year include: Introductory Level Skills, DMP's, Kiwi Gym Badge skills, preparation for the end of the year display, Incentive awards

REC 3 - Intermediates & Seniors | Mon 6:15 - 7:30 pm | 8 to 15 yrs old

The activities covered: Introductory level skills, Kiwi Gym Badge skills, X Challenge skills, and preparation for end of year display.
